"Never give up in educating students as they never give up calling you a teacher"

When we say the word of teacher, surely what comes to our mind is a person that brings full of science and knowledge, highly regarded and fully respected by all people. Being a teacher is not just a job, teacher is like a mother who are never give up in raising, educating and loving their children. Same goes with a teacher that needs to educate their students with lots of love and patience.
As a teacher-to-be, this is my teaching philosophy. Why?
First of all, I believe all students want to success in their life to achieve their own dreams. They also know by having an education and science can change their life to be a better person in future. When they start call us a 'teacher', it brings a big responsibilities to us. It means they put all their trusts and hopes on us to educate them until being a successful person. Not all of students are born with a full of wisdom and having the same way of understanding. Never treat and claim them already has a good brain. Some students can express their feelings, behaviors and emotions and some students can't. This is what we called active and passive students. I know being a teacher is not an easy things especially when it involves with the various of temperaments and behaviors of people. It make you feel tired and sometimes going fed up if teach a person in many times but still can't get it. But if you give up, that you never think that you destroy their hopes? If you as teachers easily give up on your own students, what will be happen to them?
So being a teacher, we need to educate ourselves first, and ask ourselves back what is the main purpose that we want to be a teacher?
If our students can't understand well what we teach even though we already teach them many times, that's mean we need to change our teaching. Try many ways and initiatives to find out the solutions to help our own students. Please don't give up easily. As long as they call us a 'teacher', as long as that our responsibility to them never ends. The word of 'teacher' brings a great meaning and honor to all teachers out there. That's why "Never give up in educating students as they never give up calling you a teacher" is my teaching philosophy. I also believe, to the world we may be just a teacher that doing our job, but to our students we are like a superhero!
